The apple never falls far from the tree...
My father, Ronald K. Nelson, was a respected commercial photographer in the Milwaukee area for many years. Having grown up around photography and digital imaging, it was only a matter of time before I got bitten by the photo bug myself. I started learning Photoshop at the age of 12. At age 14, I discovered the joy of black and white film photography with my first camera, a Leica R3.
As an adult, I was again drawn to the world of photography and began working for various Milwaukee photographers as a studio assistant. It wasn't long before I invested in my first DSLR and began doing studio and location photography myself.
I now continue the Nelson legacy of fine digital arts, offering freelance photography, digital retouching, and design services in the greater Milwaukee area.
